1. Information we may collect
When the production candidate system is activated, NavBhavya may collect contact details, location preferences, education, work experience, skills, availability, resume content and information voluntarily provided by a candidate.
2. Purpose of collection
Candidate information may be used to assess suitability for current or future employment, staffing, contract or project opportunities; communicate with candidates; maintain recruitment records; and improve recruitment operations.
3. Storage and access
The production system should store resumes in private file storage and restrict database access to authorised NavBhavya administrators. Candidate files should never be publicly accessible through predictable website links.
4. Retention
A specific retention period must be confirmed before launch. Candidates should be informed how long their profiles will be retained and how they can request deletion or correction.
5. Sharing
Candidate data should not be sold. It may only be shared with authorised service providers, clients or project stakeholders where necessary, lawful and consistent with the candidate notice and consent.
6. Contact
Privacy and deletion requests can be directed to navbhavyaenterprises@gmail.com after the official mailbox is activated.
